Visa Requirements

  • Application Form
  • Recent 2 Photos (45mm*35mm)
  • Passport (original and photocopy)
  • A typed covering letter from the applicant stating the purpose of travel by our company on behalf of the client
  • Applicant’s letter of motivation (explaining the purpose of stay and travel plan)
  • Relationship Certificate/Marriage Certificate
  • Travel Insurance
  • Reservation of air ticket
  • Hotel Reservation
  • Tour Itinerary

Documents to prove financial ability to pay for travel expenses

If Personal/Employed
  • 6 months Bank Statement With Balance Certificate(Personal)
  • Employment Certificate (stating since when, what position & salary)
  • Reference Letter from organization (Stating approval of leave)
  • Annual Income details and its Tax clearance Certificate (Recommended earning 12 lakhs plus yearly)
If Company/Self Employed
  • 6 month’s Bank Statement (Company)
  • Audit Report of Company
  • Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Property Valuation
  • CA Report
  • Additional Income
  • Company Reg. & PAN

* Notes:

  • Visa applications have to be made at least one month ahead of the departure date, because of the volume of applicants
  • All the application documents above have to be well prepared. Missing any document will affect the examination result directly
  • Once the result is informed, it will not be reconsidered. Reapplying visa will not be accepted in six months
  • Only the applicants who accept conditions and requirements above are advised to apply visa
  • Travelers should have good travel history
